Ministry at McDonald's
12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
419 Chatham Heights Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22405

A few miles from our church is a McDonald's that has become a favorite gathering spot for breakfast and lunch for many of our retirees and other folks. For more than a year now, Pastor Teresa joins the group on Wednesday for lunch, fellowship, laughing and fun. Others besides our church members often join in. It's a fun shared time where many have learned to know us and about
New Hope a little better. Some of our church members are always at McDonald's for lunch on Wednesday!

Stafford Junction Food Ministry
Leader: Teresa

On Mondays  during the school year, we deliver a heavy snack supper to the dozen children who are participants in Brain Builders, a tutoring program for at risk children.

You can support this ministry via

  • financial donation
  • hands on preparing the food

On Monday/Wednesday afternoons at Ferry Farm Elementary, tutors assist students with homework, learning English, and setting and achieving academic goals.  They also encourage responsible behavior, respect for others, and positive attitudes.

New Hope supports Stafford Junction ministry by providing a heavy snack supper for the children on Monday afternoons. Contact us if you would like to be a part of this important ministry.
